- MIT DAT Score Card / Result Printout
- Class 10 Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate (for date of birth verification)
- Class 12 Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate (for B.Des applicants)
- Bachelor’s Degree Mark Sheets and Degree Certificate (for M.Des applicants)
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last attended institution
