    Candidates who qualify for INI SS 2026 must carry the following original documents along with photocopies during counselling / institute reporting:

    • INI SS 2026 Admit Card
    • INI SS 2026 Rank Letter / Result Printout
    • Online Seat Allotment Letter
    • MBBS Degree Certificate
    • MD / MS / DNB Degree Certificate (relevant specialty)
    • Provisional Passing Certificate (if final degree not issued)
    • Permanent or Provisional Registration Certificate issued by NMC / State Medical Council
    • Internship Completion Certificate (if applicable as per eligibility)
    • Class 10 Certificate (for date of birth proof)
    • Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport / Driving Licence)
    • Category Certificate (SC / ST / OBC / EWS), if applicable
    • PwBD Certificate (if claiming disability reservation)
    • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer (for in-service candidates)
    • Recent Passport Size Photographs
    • Migration Certificate (if required by allotted institute)
    • Fee Payment Receipt / Counselling Registration Proof

    Candidates must ensure that all documents are valid, updated, and in original format. Failure to produce required documents may lead to cancellation of allotted seat.
