Documents Required at INI SS 2026 counselling
Candidates who qualify for INI SS 2026 must carry the following documents during the counselling and admission process for verification:
- INI SS 2026 Admit Card
- INI SS 2026 Rank Card / Result PDF
- MBBS Degree Certificate
- MD/MS/DNB Degree Certificate (relevant specialty)
- MBBS and PG Mark Sheets (all semesters/years)
- Internship Completion Certificate (MBBS)
- Permanent or Provisional Registration Certificate from the Medical Council (NMC/State Medical Council)
- Valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, or Driving License)
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), if applicable
- PwBD Certificate, if applicable
- Passport-size Photographs (recent)
- Offer Letter / Seat Allotment Letter issued during counselling
- Migration Certificate (if required by the institute)
Candidates must bring both original documents and photocopies for verification. Failure to produce the required documents may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
