Candidates who qualify for INI SS 2026 must carry the following documents during the counselling and admission process for verification:

INI SS 2026 Rank Card / Result PDF
MBBS Degree Certificate
MD/MS/DNB Degree Certificate (relevant specialty)
MBBS and PG Mark Sheets (all semesters/years)
Internship Completion Certificate (MBBS)
Permanent or Provisional Registration Certificate from the Medical Council (NMC/State Medical Council)
Valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, or Driving License)
Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), if applicable
PwBD Certificate, if applicable
Passport-size Photographs (recent)
Offer Letter / Seat Allotment Letter issued during counselling
Migration Certificate (if required by the institute)
