- IFTK Score Card / Rank Letter
- Class 10 Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate (for date of birth proof)
- Class 12 Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last attended institution
- Conduct / Character Certificate
- Migration Certificate (if applicable, for candidates from other boards or universities)
- Valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport / Voter ID)
- Recent passport-size photographs (same as used in the application form)
