Documents Required at FMGE 2026 counselling

Candidates who qualify for the FMGE 2026 exam must submit the following documents during the registration process with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the respective State Medical Council (SMC):

  • FMGE 2026 Pass Certificate issued by NBEMS
  • FMGE Admit Card
  • FMGE Result / Scorecard
  • MBBS Degree Certificate from the foreign medical university
  • MBBS Mark Sheets / Academic Transcripts
  • Eligibility Certificate issued by NMC (if applicable)
  • Proof of Citizenship (Indian Passport / OCI Card)
  • Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID)
  • Class 10 Certificate (for date of birth verification)
  • Passport-size Photographs
  • Internship Completion Certificate (if required by the council)

Candidates must carry original documents along with photocopies for verification. After successful document verification and registration, candidates will receive their license to practice medicine in India.
