- Class 10 (SSC) Passing Certificate (for date of birth proof)
- Class 12 (HSC) Passing Certificate
- Class 12 Mark Sheet
- School Leaving / Transfer Certificate
- Migration Certificate (for candidates from boards other than Maharashtra or CBSE/ICSE, if applicable)
- Recent Passport Size Photographs (generally 6–8, same as used in application form)
