    • Provisional/Degree certificate of MBBS
    • Provisional/Pass certificate issued by Medical Council of India/State Medical Council of India
    • Proof of having passed the Postgraduate diploma final examination on or before November, 2026
    • Cast/ Community certificate (if applicable)
    • Special category certificate issued by the competent authority
    • Valid ID proof ( PAN card, Indian passport, Voter ID card, Driving license or Aadhar card)
