- Printout of the online application form of IBPS SO 2023
- Date of birth proof (birth certificate issued by the competent municipal authorities or sslc/std. x certificate with dob)
- A valid photo ID proof prescribed by the exam authority
- Marksheets & certificates for educational qualifications
- Caste certificate issued by the competent authority (for claiming reservation)
- Disability certificate in the prescribed format (if applicable)
- Copy of the service or discharge book along with pension payment order (for ex-servicemen)
- No objection certificate from the employer (for candidates serving in Government/quasi govt offices/public sector undertakings)
- Domicile certificate (for age relaxation)
