The admission process for engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy courses in Telangana enters a crucial stage today, July 31, 2025, as physical reporting to the colleges allotted in TS EAMCET 2025 Phase 2 Counselling officially commences. Candidates who secured seats in the second phase of the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) counselling must complete their admission formalities at their respective institutions over the next few days.

The Phase 2 seat allotment results were released on July 29, 2025. Following this, the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), overseeing the counselling, mandated an online self-reporting process along with tuition fee payment. This online step began on July 30, 2025, and will continue until August 1, 2025. Physical reporting to the allotted colleges, the final step to confirm admission, is scheduled from July 31 to August 2, 2025.

Crucial Steps for Allotted Candidates:

  1. Download Provisional Allotment Order: Candidates must first log in to the official TS EAMCET counselling website, tgeapcet.nic.in, using their hall ticket number, password, and date of birth, to download their Provisional Allotment Order for Phase 2. This document contains vital details of the allotted college and course.
  2. Complete Online Tuition Fee Payment & Self-Reporting (Ongoing):
    • If not already done, candidates must pay the prescribed tuition fee online through the provided payment gateway on the website.
    • After successful payment, they need to complete the online self-reporting process. This is essential to indicate acceptance of the seat and generate an acknowledgement. This step must be completed by August 1, 2025.
  3. Physical Reporting to Allotted College (Begins Today):
    • From July 31 to August 2, 2025, candidates must physically visit their provisionally allotted college.
    • This visit is mandatory for document verification by the college authorities and payment of any remaining tuition fees as per the college's norms.
    • Candidates must carry all original documents, along with a set of self-attested photocopies, for verification. They should obtain an acknowledgment from the college upon successful submission of documents and confirmation of admission.

Important Documents Required for Physical Reporting:

Candidates must ensure they have the following documents ready for verification at the allotted college:

  • TS EAMCET 2025 Rank Card
  • TS EAMCET 2025 Hall Ticket
  • Aadhaar Card
  • SSC (Class 10th) Mark Sheet
  • Intermediate (Class 11th & 12th) Mark Sheets and Pass Certificate
  • Study Certificates from Class 6th to Intermediate
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the institution last attended
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Income Certificate (if applicable, issued after January 1, 2025, for fee reimbursement)
  • Residence Certificate (for Non-Local candidates)
  • PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Certificate (if applicable)
  • Provisional Allotment Order (downloaded from the website)
  • Tuition Fee Payment Receipt/Challan
  • Self-Reporting Acknowledgement (downloaded after online self-reporting)
  • Passport-size photographs

Consequences of Non-Reporting:

It is crucial for candidates to complete both the online self-reporting and physical reporting processes within the stipulated timelines. Failure to do so will result in the automatic forfeiture of the allotted seat, and the candidate will not be considered for admission in subsequent phases of counselling for that seat.

Colleges have been instructed to update the joining details of admitted students by August 3, 2025. Aspirants are advised to regularly check the official TS EAMCET website for any further announcements regarding the Final Phase of counselling or internal sliding.
