Crucial Dates and Steps for the Final Phase

The TS EAMCET 2025 final phase counselling is being conducted with a strict timeline, and candidates must adhere to each deadline to ensure their eligibility. The schedule is as follows:

• Online Registration, Fee Payment, and Slot Booking: This process concluded on August 5, 2025. Only candidates who completed this step by the deadline are eligible to proceed.
• Document Verification: For candidates who had successfully booked their slots, the certificate verification process is underway. Today, August 8, 2025, is the designated day for these slot-booked candidates to complete their physical document verification at the selected Help Line Centres (HLCs).
• Exercising Web Options: The web options entry, where candidates select their preferred colleges and courses, was open from August 6 to August 7, 2025. It's crucial to note that options exercised in previous phases are not carried forward, so all participating candidates had to exercise fresh options.
• Freezing of Options: The window for freezing web options closed on August 7, 2025. Once frozen, no further changes could be made to the choices.
• Provisional Seat Allotment: The provisional seat allotment results for this final phase are expected to be released on or before August 10, 2025.
• Payment of Tuition Fee & Self-Reporting: Candidates who are allotted a seat must pay the tuition fee online and self-report through the official website between August 10 and August 12, 2025.
• Reporting at Allotted College: For those whose college or branch has changed in this round, physical reporting to the newly allotted institute for document submission and final admission formalities is scheduled from August 11 to August 13, 2025.
• Updating Joining Details by Colleges: Colleges will update the joining details of admitted candidates by August 14, 2025.

Who Can Participate?

The final phase of counselling is open to:

• Candidates who secured a valid TS EAMCET 2025 rank but did not get a seat in earlier phases.
• Those who received an allotment in previous phases but cancelled their admission.
• Aspirants who wish to change their college or course preferences.
• Fresh candidates who completed registration and slot booking by August 5, 2025.

It is important for candidates to ensure all original documents, along with their photocopies, are ready for the physical verification process. These typically include the TS EAMCET Rank Card and Hall Ticket, Aadhaar Card, SSC/Intermediate mark sheets, study certificates, transfer certificate (TC), income certificate (if applicable), caste certificate (if applicable), and residence certificate. Failure to produce the required documents will lead to disqualification.
