Application Process
The KCET application process for 2025 is conducted entirely online, providing a streamlined experience for candidates. To successfully register, candidates must follow a series of steps.The first step is New User Registration. Candidates should visit the official KEA website at kea.kar.nic.in and click on the registration link.
They will need to fill in personal details such as gender, category, SSLC number, and date of birth. After submitting these details, candidates will receive an application number and User ID via SMS and email.Next is the Form Filling and Document Uploading stage. Candidates must log in using their credentials to access the application form.
They will need to provide personal information, communication details, and academic qualifications. Additionally, candidates must upload scanned images of a passport-sized photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and parental signature according to the specified guidelines.
Following this, candidates move on to the Payment of Application Fee. The application fee must be paid online through various payment methods such as debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI. The fee structure is as follows:
- General candidates: ₹500
- SC/ST/CAT/Female candidates: ₹250
- Candidates from outside Karnataka: ₹750
- Candidates from outside India: ₹5000
Finally, in the Submission phase, candidates must review all entered information and make any necessary corrections by clicking on the ‘Edit Application Form’ button. After accepting the declaration, they can submit their KCET 2025 application form.
