For MBBS and BDS admissions, the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has declared an extension of the registration deadline for NEET UG 2024 counseling. Now, candidates have until August 19, 2024, to register, giving those who haven't finished the application process one more chance.

Key Details

Document Verification: Candidates who missed the initial document verification sessions held from August 7 to 9 and August 12 to 15 can attend a verification session on August 19, 2024. It is essential for these candidates to bring all required documents for verification.

Courses Offered: The counselling process allows candidates to secure admissions in various medical courses, including MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH programs across government and private medical colleges in Karnataka.

Seat Availability: Karnataka has a total of approximately 18,308 medical seats and 2,180 dental seats available for the academic year 2024-25.

Counselling Rounds: The counselling will consist of four rounds, with a stray round being optional for unfilled seats.

Official Website: Candidates can find more information and updates on the official KEA website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

  2. Document Verification Date: August 19, 2024
  3. Previous Verification Sessions:
