Crucially, they must also pay the prescribed fee between October 6 and October 8, 2025, to retain their current seat while floating for a better one.
3. Choice 3 (Reject and Re-allot): This is for candidates who reject the current seat but still wish to compete in Round 2 for a different, better allocation. They are not required to pay the fee at this stage, but their currently allotted seat will be surrendered immediately.
4. Choice 4 (Withdraw): Candidates choosing this option formally exit the entire PGCET 2025 counselling process.
