For all aspirants who have secured a seat in the first round of NEET UG 2025 counselling at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Jodhpur, a crucial deadline is fast approaching. Today, August 22, 2025, marks the final day for physical reporting and document verification. All candidates who have been allotted a seat must report to the Academic Section at Gate No. 5 of the AIIMS Jodhpur Medical College between 10 AM and 4:30 PM.

This is a vital step in the admission process, as original documents will be verified and retained by the institute for the duration of the course. To ensure a smooth process, candidates must arrive with the following documents in their original form, along with two sets of self-attested photocopies:

  • Provisional Seat Allotment Letter from the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC)
  • Original NEET/NTA Scorecard and NTA Admit Card
  • Five passport-size photographs
  • A government-issued photo identity proof (e.g., Aadhar Card, Passport)
  • Class 10 and 12 passing certificates and mark sheets
  • Migration Certificate from the last attended university/board
  • All applicable category certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD). It is important to note that for OBC and EWS categories, certificates issued on or after April 1, 2024, will be considered valid.

Following the document verification, candidates will also undergo a medical examination from August 26-28, 2025, which will be conducted via the AIIMS Jodhpur Swasthya App. The submission of the admission fee of ₹5,356 and the annual mess fee of ₹56,350 will take place from August 29-30, 2025, along with the hostel allotment. The academic session will officially begin with an orientation program on September 1, 2025.

Aspirants are advised to be prepared to stay for an additional day as the joining and medical examination process can sometimes extend beyond a single day.
