As per the official schedule released by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi, the deadline for reporting to allotted institutes for the INI CET November 2025 session (January 2026 intake) is December 24, 2025. This critical phase follows the Round 1 seat allocation results, which were announced on December 18. Candidates who have been successfully allotted seats in prestigious institutions like AIIMS, JIPMER, PGIMER, and NIMHANS must complete their physical reporting and document verification to secure their admissions.

Candidates must carry all original documents along with at least two sets of self-attested photocopies. Failure to produce any of the following may lead to the cancellation of the allotted seat:
- Provisional Seat Allotment Letter and the Registration Slip.
- INI CET 2025 Admit Card and Rank Card/Scorecard.
- MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate or Provisional Certificate.
- Permanent/Provisional Medical Registration Certificate issued by NMC or State Medical Council.
- Internship Completion Certificate (demonstrating completion by the specified cut-off date).
- High School/Birth Certificate for Date of Birth (DOB) proof.
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) if applicable, in the prescribed format.
Mandatory Reporting and Joining Timeline
The reporting window that opened on December 19 is strictly closing today. Aspirants are advised to reach their respective AIIMS or INI centers before the official working hours conclude.
- Seat Acceptance: Candidates must have already exercised their "Option 1" (Accept and Freeze) or "Option 2" (Accept and Upgrade) on the portal.
- Fee Payment: Ensure that the seat acceptance fee of ₹10,000 has been paid online before appearing for physical verification.
- Medical Examination: Most institutes conduct a mandatory medical fitness test on the day of reporting.
- Final Admission Order: Once documents are verified, the institute will issue a formal admission letter.

While your current seat is held provisionally, it remains subject to the final outcome of the subsequent round. If no upgrade occurs, your Round 1 seat remains confirmed; however, if a new seat is allotted in Round 2, the previous seat is automatically vacated.
